Spring Break and Job

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have been extremely busy lately, but to fill you guys in. Last week, I came back from Las Vegas with some of my friends and I can say it was a trip to remember. It was well needed to finish senior year with a bang. And since, we were there for the beginning of March Madness. We are looking to try and go back next year around the same time. While I was in Las Vegas, I received a phone call and email with a job offer at Caterpillar. I couldn't respond any faster, I have been waiting a very long time to try and get my foot in the door at Caterpillar.

But with this job, I know my schedule is going to get that much more complicated. But the way I have to see it is that there is only 6 weeks of school left. I just need to get over this hump and it will be smooth sailing to the summer. But talking about hump, I have a huge mountain of homework that I need to attend too. So I will catch you guys later.

  1. That's awesome man, nice job! So you'll be staying in Peoria then? I'm trying to decide if I'm going to stay here with Fastenal, the company I work for now. One thing's for sure, it will be a lot easier to save money here than somewhere like Chicago....gotta start payin back those loans! lol

  4. Yet to be decided...If I work for Fastenal, it will probably be in the Pekin store so I'll live here yeah. But I want to explore my options. I don't wanna just sit on one job.
