So just this past week senioritis just hit me like a ton of bricks. I realized that this semester has been flying by so fast and I have so much to do. Senior project is going to take up a lot of my time but I think it will be fun "At least I hope so". I guess I have to just stay positive and look forward to the things in the future. In about a month, I will be going to Las Vegas with my friends and I know it will something I will always remember.
Besides school, I recently had my second interview with JcPennys for there sales manager intern. I am hoping by next week I can get schedule for my third interview. Also, today I went to the job fair and I totally forgot how awkward job fairs are. I mean you walk up and start talking but when you look over your shoulder there is like 3 people behind you waiting to talk to the same person. Plus, most of the recruiters at the job fair can be intimidating.
But I have to go for now and do more research for my senior project.
Signing out,
RON WONG
I definitely see where you are coming from. My last semester is going by way to fast and I'm hoping I don't miss out on too much. It's really starting to hit me that I'm at the very tail end of my time here at Bradley.
ReplyDeleteI do not understand the point of job fairs. Most of the time now when you go to a job fair and meet and employer, they tell you to apply online, so if I do that why do I have to go talk to them. The majority of the time the people coming to the job fairs are not the people making the decision on who to hire and there is a very good chance they won't remember you anyway unless you were horrible. Let's face it most people remember the bad, not the good.
